Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Brisbane within 1–2 business days. Metro delivery is generally 2–5 business days, regional 4–8 business days. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
Packaging
Prints ship flat in rigid board mailers or rolled in a sturdy tube. Canvases and framed pieces are corner-protected and boxed so edges arrive as they left us.
Damaged in transit
If anything arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it.
Returns
Change of mind returns accepted within 30 days on unused artwork in original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
